By accessing or using RoastFlowAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoastFlowAI provides automated website analysis including UX, SEO, and conversion scoring, along with AI-generated recommendations and optional humorous critiques ("roasts"). The Service offers both free and paid tiers.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Submit URLs that you do not own or have permission to analyze
Attempt to overload, disrupt, or exploit the Service
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service beyond normal use
Resell or redistribute reports without authorization

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are one-time purchases processed via Stripe. All prices are in EUR. If you are not satisfied with a premium report, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support. Refunds are granted at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by RoastFlowAI. Reports generated for you are yours to use and share. AI-generated content is provided as-is and should not be considered professional advice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Analysis scores, recommendations, and roasts are generated by automated systems and AI, and may not be fully accurate. We do not guarantee specific results from implementing suggestions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoastFlowAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
